I have recently completed a 12 Week Challenge Group Coaching Program and Online Course run by Linda Scott of Thinking Leaders. Being the director of two companies can be a lonely existence at times. I've attended good quality networking communities such as qld leaders and other educational and stimulating events to try and bridge the gap between operations and being a leader.
