I have recently completed a 12 Week Challenge Group Coaching Program and Online Course run by Linda Scott of Thinking Leaders. I found the program is insightful, designed to challenge your thinking, your behaviour to ultimately increase your self-awareness. Even though this is an online program the group discussions were robust, engaging, providing real opportunities to learn from other people's experiences. I have owned and operated businesses of various sizes over the past 30 plus years and I am still learning. Being the director of two companies can be a lonely existence at times. I've attended good quality networking communities such as qld leaders and other educational and stimulating events to try and bridge the gap between operations and being a leader.
