Being the director of two companies can be a lonely existence at times. I've attended good quality networking communities such as qld leaders and other educational and stimulating events to try and bridge the gap between operations and being a leader. I found the program is insightful, designed to challenge your thinking, your behaviour to ultimately increase your self-awareness. You need vision, the right mindset, achievable goals, as by having a better understanding of who you are, you can influence and lead others to greater achievements. Even though this is an online program the group discussions were robust, engaging, providing real opportunities to learn from other people's experiences. I have owned and operated businesses of various sizes over the past 30 plus years and I am still learning. It is without any hesitation to recommend the 12-week Challenge Group Coaching program to any individual or business leader who has a real desire to inspire and guide others.

I recently completed the Thinking Leaders 12 week Self Leadership Challenge. I found the program incredibly valuable both personally and professionally.
