I was apprehensive before beginning my first coaching session but Linda was able to put me at ease very quickly. Linda was able to quickly build a safe, trusting environment. Linda guided me comfortably while also having uncomfortable, but much needed discussions to help me grow, heal and uncover parts of me that I needed to discover.Linda gave me practical strategies and helped me break things down into smaller steps so I could build self-trust and gain confidence to do things that I had never done before. I now understand who I want to be and what my values are. I feel confident and courageous to start living the life that I have always wanted.
